Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a warehouse Order Selection associate to accurately pull customer orders, palletize them, and move products safely within the warehouse using motorized equipment.

You will identify pick locations, verify items, and ensure correct labeling and staging for efficient distribution. Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, following safety guidelines, and maintaining accurate records while working in a fast-paced environment and various temperatures.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking items.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify pick locations and safely pick items.
• Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Pick correct item and quantity, verify UPCs/descriptions.
• Place labels on the side of cases.
• Shrink wrap and label with required information for shipping.
• Stage pallets in the correct bay and build stable pallets.
• Inform supervisor of safety threats or policy violations promptly.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely and efficiently.
• Exercise good judgment when supervision is not immediately available.
