Job summary

Kubota is hiring an Order Selector in Elk Grove, CA to efficiently fulfill dealer requests and support warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, label and prepare orders for outbound shipping while ensuring accuracy and safety across shifts.

Reqs include a high school diploma or GED, willingness to rotate days/nights/weekends, ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse systems, basic math, and strong attention to safety. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work any shifts (days, nights and/or weekends).
• Ability to safely manage loads of heavy equipment, tires and/or pallets.
• Ability to use computer systems and/or RF scanner to input and retrieve information.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury and maintain safety.
• Follow policies and procedures and execute assignments accurately and safely.
• Ability to select efficient and economical methods for preparing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Expedite orders for delivery accurately and efficiently.
• Route and process inbound inventory for stocking.
• Confirm picked orders match requirements to avoid errors.
• Packs orders and prepares outbound shipments with proper labeling.
• Ship items using the warehouse management system.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory accuracy throughout shift.
• Handle safety protocols and report hazards or malfunctions.
• Support warehouse operations in packing, receiving and storage.
