Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation is seeking an Order Selector to support our warehouse operations in Fort Worth, Texas. You will help fulfill dealer requests, assist with shipping, receiving, and storage activities, and ensure orders are accurate and packed securely.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, basic math and computer skills, and a commitment to safety. Fluency in English is required and physical duties include lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Willingness to work any shifts (days, nights and/or weekends).
• Ability to safely manage loads of heavy equipment, tires and/or pallets of parts.
• Ability to use computer systems and RF scanner to input and retrieve information.
• Basic math and basic computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to safety to prevent injuries and promote a safe work environment.
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Ability to execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Ability to select the most efficient and economical means for preparing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Expedite orders for delivery accurately and efficiently.
• Route and process inbound inventory for stocking in an orderly manner.
• Confirm picked orders match customer requirements to avoid errors.
• Pack orders ensuring secure packaging.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Ship items using warehouse management systems.
• Maintain standard housekeeping throughout shift.
• Verify and maintain inventory to ensure order and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures to avoid accidents.
• Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues.
