Job summary

Kubota is seeking an Order Selector for our Fort Worth distribution center to efficiently fulfill dealer requests and support warehouse operations. You will route inbound inventory, verify order accuracy, and prepare shipments with labeling and packing, using RF scanners and warehouse systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are willing to work days, nights or weekends, and can lift up to 50 pounds while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to work any shifts including days, nights and/or weekends.
• Ability to safely manage loads of heavy equipment, tires and/or pallets of parts.
• Ability to use computer systems and/or RF scanner to input and retrieve information.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury and promote a safe work environment.
• Follow and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Ability to execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Ability to select the most efficient and economical means for preparing shipments.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery.
• Route and process inbound inventory received to be stocked in an orderly and concise manner.
• Confirm that picked orders match customer requirements, avoiding errors or damage.
• Packs orders, ensuring products are securely packaged.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound shipping.
• Ship items out using warehouse management system.
• Maintains standard housekeeping expectations throughout shift.
• Verify and maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to avoid accidents and injuries.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues.
