Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate in Oakwood, GA. Training pay starts at $19 per hour, with potential to earn up to $36 per hour based on incentives for production, quality, and accuracy.

Responsibilities include selecting cases, loading pallets with an electric pallet jack/forklift, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, working in multi-temperature environments, and completing EPJ certification during

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Must become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Must complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe.
• Perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift and wear PPE as required.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jacks along racks to locate products.
• Place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap pallets as needed.
• Remove and replace batteries, complete vehicle inspection checklist, and secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
