Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking team members for our Oakwood, GA warehouse. Training begins at $19 per hour, then eligible for up to $36 per hour with incentives based on production, quality, and accuracy.

You will pick cases, handle pallets, and operate electric pallet jacks in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 5pm to finish, with Friday and Saturday off; location is Oakwood, GA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly through shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Become EPJ certified during new-hire training.
• Complete required training independently.
• Demonstrate productivity and accuracy to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe; report unsafe conditions.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack along racks; locate products per order sheets.
• Place stock on pallets from pick slots and use pallets as directed.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end; perform other duties as assigned.
