Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Coppell, TX is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution center. You will be on your feet for long hours, lift heavy items, and operate in cold or temperature-controlled settings.

Training is provided; no prior experience is required beyond a good work ethic. The role features a starting wage of $20.29/hour with a $1.00 2nd shift premium, weekly pay, and a path to pay raises based on speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in extreme temperatures.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists.
• Lift and move product up to 100 pounds in a distribution environment.
• Work the 2nd shift (3:00 PM to job completion) and stay compliant with safety protocols.
