Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support our distribution centers. You will be on your feet for long shifts, lifting up to 100 pounds, and may work in freezer conditions. Training is provided to help you perform well and progress with production-based pay growth.

You must be 18+, able to work holidays and overtime, and read/write English to handle labels, pick lists, scanners, and benefit information. Drug tests and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed - holidays are very important to our customers!
• We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required while you’re here.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and order fulfillment in distribution centers.
• Lift up to 100 pounds and work in extreme temperatures (cold or hot).
• Receive training from dedicated training team and start wage scales with production and efficiency.
