Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring an Order Selector in Spokane Valley, WA 99216 to pick and move products for customer orders. The role supports multiple temperature zones and uses RF scanners to track items.

Expect 4 days on, 3 days off, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., full-time. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, forklifts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfort standing and walking for long periods, bending and twisting as needed.
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic reading and math skills for order verification.

Responsibilities

• Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.
• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
• Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.
• Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company standards.
