The job is physically demanding, with long shifts in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers. Candidates should be at least 18 and able to lift 10–75 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 0 – 1 Year relevant work experience.
• Frequently lift product that weighs 10lb - 75lbs and up to 100lbs.
• Frequently reach up to 72 inches.
• Constantly bend and twist while operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Work in very extreme temperatures (cooler and/or freezer).
• Work on your feet for 10 – 12 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Sysco warehouse as a Warehouse Selector to pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues.
• Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift as part of daily duties.
• Organize and palletize products to build customer orders.
• Follow safety guidelines and adapt to temperature/humidity variations.
