Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Victorville, CA, offering weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The role involves picking cases, palletizing, and operating stand-up reach forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse.

Night shift 4 x 10 hour shifts (5:30 PM–4:00 AM) with potential shift changes to 5 x 8 hours. Prior warehouse experience preferred; safety and GMP adherence required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed GMP standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $24.71 per hour

• Additional Pay: $0.60 per hour when working night shift

• Schedule: Night Shift 4 x 10 hour shifts, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM

• Schedule will be moving to 5 x 8 hour shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Must have adequate math skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
