Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Tracy, CA is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will work in a clean, organized facility handling inbound and outbound goods with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role offers $23.00 per hour with a $0.50 pay premium for 2nd shift, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Shifts include 1st and 2nd; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and personal vehicle; travel 25–50% of the day.
• Strong technical aptitude with Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and WMS entry.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Indoor and outdoor work environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude which includes using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, scanners and enter orders into a WMS System

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to be a team player and able to work within a diverse work environment
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Able to work within a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough and dependable

Responsibilities

• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
• Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Performs other duties as assigned.
