Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Victorville, CA is hiring a Case Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The role features a night shift (4 x 10 hour shifts, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM) with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• Capable of multi-tasking with strong time management.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up practices.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $24.71 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.60 per hour when working night shift
• Schedule: Night Shift 4 x 10 hour shifts, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM
• Schedule will be moving to 5 x 8 hour shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
