Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Case Picker in Victorville, CA. The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and a path for career growth within a safety-conscious supply chain environment.

Typical duties include picking products, palletizing, wrapping, and operating forklifts. Night shift schedule is Sunday–Tuesday and Saturday, 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Training is provided and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Math skills required.
• Read location and product codes.
• Follow GMP standards.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $24.71 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.60 per hour when working night shift
• Schedule: Night Shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
