Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Case Picker. You will work on the C Shift (Wed-Sat 4:30pm-3:00am) handling food products with walkie-rider and pallet jack, with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in picking, cycle counting support, and teamwork; paid training; eligibility for PTO, 401K match, employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location and product codes.
• Meet GMP expectations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships across all levels.
• Multitasking, highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.50 per hour; when assigned to C Shift
• Schedule: C Shift Wednesday- Saturday 4:30pm-3:00am

Requirements
