Ryder System, Inc. in Victorville, CA is seeking a Case Picker to join our warehouse team. You will pick cases, palletize, operate stand-up reach forklifts, and help maintain accuracy and safety on the floor.

This full-time night-shift role offers weekly pay, paid training, benefits from day 30, PTO up to 80 hours in year one, a 401(k) with company match, and employee discounts. Training provided to advance in distribution operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read location codes and product codes.
• Strong GMP knowledge and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $24.71 per hour
• Additional Pay: $0.60 per hour when working night shift
• Schedule: Night Shift 4 x 10 hour shifts, 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM
• Schedule will be moving to 5 x 8 hour shifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
