Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, Indiana is seeking a Case Picker Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse team. You will pick cases, Palletize, and operate basic material handling equipment in a clean, safety-focused facility.

Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits starting soon, paid training, and opportunities to advance are part of this role. The shift runs Wednesday through Saturday, with a premium for the C shift, and a supportive leadership team focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read location and product codes.
• Strong math skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Detail oriented with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $19.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.50 per hour; when assigned to C Shift
• Schedule: C Shift Wednesday- Saturday 4:30pm-3:00am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
