Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Case Picker at our Tracy, CA facility to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.

The role focuses on picking cases, palletizing, operating material handling equipment, and assisting with cycle counting while maintaining GMP standards. Benefits start quickly and the team emphasizes safe, reliable fulfillment for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to read location codes and product codes.
• Meet GMP guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Build professional relationships across organization.
• Multi-tasking and highly organized with good time management.
• Detail oriented with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Pay $22.16 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Must have adequate math skills
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes
• Meet and exceed established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
