This position is located in Palmetto, Florida.

The shift will start at 4:45pm each day, working Sunday through Friday with a day off on Saturday and another during the week.

Job Summary

Work in a Sysco warehouse as a critical member of the foodservice supply chain. Selectors pick orders for delivery to foodservice venues in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric pallet jack and/or forklift
• Organize and palletize products to build customer orders
• Lift products weighing 1lb - 75lbs, up to 100lbs
• Reach up to 72 inches
• Bend and twist while operating equipment and retrieving products from lower shelves
• Work in coolers and freezers with extreme temperatures
• Stand for 10–12 hours daily

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year of experience in food service warehouse, military, or physically active jobs
• Experience operating electric pallet jack or forklift
