Job Description

WAREHOUSE ORDER SELECTOR
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors with leadership skills for a company based in Plant City, FL. This role offers an opportunity to work for a leading producer of fresh produce.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours

Monday to Saturday from 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pick lists and handheld scanners to accurately select and assemble customer orders based on product specifications and quantity requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely to transport pallets of produce.
• Inspect products for quality, freshness, and accuracy before packing and shipping.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and inventory management policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Previous experience as a warehouse order selector or similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food or produce industry.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficiency with handheld scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.
