Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift warehouse position in Texas. Start time is 1:00 pm, with orders completed before end of shift and weekends off. Compensations include pay from $18.50/hour up to $30/hour, with benefits and 401k matching after qualifying periods.

The role involves order picking, inventory management, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Must be 18+ with ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders, shrink wrap and label orders for loading.
• Receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate powered warehouse equipment safely.
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• • Pay: $18.50/hour starting pay, with the opportunity to earn up to $30/hour
  • Shift: 2nd shift (Full-time) Monday-Friday; weekends off
  • 1 pm start time until orders are completed
  • Schedule Monday to Friday start at 1:00 pm until orders are completed. Weekends offerBenefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment) - 401k with Company match (after 60 days of employment)
  • Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays (When scheduled to work)

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
