Job summary

Capital Reyes Distributing, part of Reyes Holdings, is hiring for a 2nd shift warehouse associate in Texas. The role starts at 1 PM and runs until orders are completed. You will pick and pack orders, receive and stock inventory, and operate warehouse equipment after safety checks.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match after 60 days, plus vacation pay and paid holidays. Must be 18+ and able to lift 25–75 lbs; prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Shift: 2nd shift (Full-time) Monday- Friday Weekend off
• 1 pm start time until orders are completed
• Must be 18 years of Age
• Pay: $18.50hr up to $30/hr
• Benefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment) - 401k with Company match (after 60 days of employment)
• Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays (When scheduled to work)

Position Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse
• Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse
• Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of related work experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
