Job Description: Warehouse Associate - Third Shift

This third-shift position involves operating a Ride/Walk pallet jack to pull orders for next-day delivery. The role requires fast-paced, repetitive lifting of 25-35 lbs. during the shift. Performance pay is based on piece work and accuracy. Prior experience in food/beverage or similar fast-paced order picking is desired, with voice-pick experience being highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products.
2. Work long evening hours regularly, finishing when the load is complete.
3. Lifting 25-35 lbs. of product 1,500-2,500 times per night while maintaining safety and motivation.
4. Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking, and returns according to company standards.
5. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards as established by management.
6. Build orders quickly, accurately, and securely, wrapping them tightly to pallets for staging, loading, and delivery.
7. Participate in pre-picking and merchandising as needed.
8. Ensure products are stored, rotated, and picked correctly for optimal quality.
9. Develop and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with team members and supervisors.
10. Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned.
11. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company Vision at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift and Pallet Jack certification; minimum age 18.
• Preferred experience in fast-paced warehouse environments, logistics, or material handling.
• Ability to maintain a repetitive pace, excellent time management, and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 50 lbs. repeatedly and up to 100 lbs.
• Push/Pull 165 lbs. kegs.
• Bend, stoop, crouch, squat, and use arms, wrists, hands, and grasp.
• Climb stairs and ladders.
• Work indoors primarily, occasionally outdoors.
