Focus Camera LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker Operator to join our North Brunswick distribution team. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using reach trucks, forklifts, RF scanners, and WMS tools, ensuring high quality and timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safe operation of heavy equipment, inventory control, and collaboration with the warehouse team to maintain efficient, organized distribution workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks or forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for order picking and inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping
• Conduct stock picking and inventory replenishment tasks with precision to ensure order accuracy
• Assist in shipping & receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Perform quality control checks during picking and packing to maintain high standards of order accuracy
• Handle materials with care during handling, stocking, and packaging to prevent damage or errors
• Support warehouse supervisor in maintaining organized storage areas and adhering to safety protocols
