Job summary

Global Industrial Company in New Jersey is hiring a Warehouse Associate to operate a Cherry Picker and Reach Truck to fulfill customer orders. You will use an RF scanner to select and assemble items, move products safely, and prepare orders for packing and shipping.

Requirements include 1 year of warehouse experience, Reach Truck/Cherry Picker familiarity, RF scanner proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker experience required
• RF scanner experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, pull and bend for 8 hours daily
• Reading and interpreting assembly instructions/drawings

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders by operating a Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck
• Move products safely and efficiently using equipment
• Use RF scanner to identify products for orders
• Assemble orders from stock and place on pallets or conveyors
• Assist receiving with unloading merchandise as needed
• Support inventory and returns operations
• Assemble component parts for lockers and cabinets
• Use hand tools as required
• Perform other related duties as assigned
