Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our World Class Supply Chain Team in Stockton, CA. You may work in four areas: Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, and Custodian, with the possibility of moving between roles as needed to meet daily goals and safety requirements.

We emphasize safe work practices and collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will support timely order fulfillment while upholding Staples' safety culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for tasks.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime hours may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Wear safety composite shoes.
• Able to walk and stand 100% of the time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to meet daily production goals.
• Restock shelves by scanning labels and cutting boxes to prep the area.
• Select, pack totes, and stock product, handling cases as needed.
• Perform custodian duties: clean and sanitize facilities, clean restrooms, floors, and windows.
