Quality Custom Distribution is hiring for a Selector/Picker role at our on-site Minnesota facility. You will use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders while maintaining inventory and adhering to safety protocols.

The position requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a 24/7 operation. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food distribution, recent warehouse experience with material handling equipment, and the ability

Qualifications

• Must have one year of experience in food distribution.
• Must have warehouse experience within the past six months using material handling equipment.
• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments.
• Listing up to 75 lbs continuously.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsabilités

• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify order accuracy and product quality.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track orders and stock levels.
• Follow all safety policies and sanitation protocols.
• Meet or exceed the cases per hour (CPH) standard in picking and packing.
