Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking a Warehouse Staff member to pick and check products to fill customer orders in our on-site facility. You’ll perform loading/unloading, packing, labeling, weighing, and clerical tasks using RF equipment.

A high school diploma is preferred, and practical warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with teammates is required. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
• Experience in a warehouse job and/or order pulling is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• The Warehouse Staff is responsible for picking and checking products in the warehouse to fill customer orders.
• On/off loading of materials for eight or more hours daily.
• Assembling boxes, crates, or containers.
• Labeling and marking containers and inserting lining or padding material for protection during shipment.
• Weighing, measuring and counting products.
• Packing items according to shipping needs and supervisor specifications.
• Completing clerical tasks using shop floor computer and RF equipment.
• Conducting inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality.
• Other duties as needed.
