Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Distribution Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will load/unload trailers, pick and palletize orders, and ensure accurate inventory in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with a schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and potential overtime. Prior forklift or RF experience is a plus, along with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least basic warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate or learn powered material handling equipment safely.
• Experience with RF scanners or voice-directed picking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers with palletized products and POS materials.
• Sort and place products on racks and designated locations.
• Pick, palletize, and stretch-wrap customer orders for shipment.
• Label incoming/outgoing products with codes, dates and quantities.
• Use RF scanning and voice-picking systems per SOPs.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment to move products.
• Support cycle counts and inventory activities; keep areas organized and safe.
• Follow safety, food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.
