Job summary

Boshart Industries in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Order Picker to efficiently pick and pack customer orders while maintaining accuracy and safety in a warehouse environment.

The role may offer cross-training into forklift/reach truck operations; candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs, following labeling standards, and using a RF Scanner for location setup and inventory tasks. Monday–Friday shift 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Entry-level warehouse position requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Cross-training into forklift/reach truck may be provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations using material handling equipment.
• Report quality variances.
• Conduct cycle counts as required.
• Use RF Scanner to set up printer locations and redirect locations as needed.
• Interpret picker notes using RF Scanner for specific products.
• Package products safely with proper skid building and labeling.
