A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Picker to accurately select orders and stage pallets for distribution. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, using RF scanning to verify items, and operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely.

The role requires basic math and reading skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and a team-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment. Safety and efficiency are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution or order-picking experience preferred.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• PIT certification to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack etc.).
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products per order sheets or RF scanning system.
• Build and stage pallets safely for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy before staging.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely.
• Follow procedures for handling damaged products and repackaging.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of warehouse equipment.
• Perform quarterly maintenance checks on equipment.
• Follow company safety policies and keep a clean, organized work area.
• Support general warehouse operations including housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
