Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive reaching, bending, squatting, walking, and kneeling.
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity standards.
• Comfortable using computers, scales, gauges, and other production equipment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
