Staffmark Group in Elgin, IL is hiring Order Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse role. You will stay on your feet, scan and move merchandise, and prepare orders for shipment in a team setting.

Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable attendance in a facilities environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and move merchandise as required.
• Scan, label, and move products; build pallets for shipment.
• Pick, pack, and sort orders to prepare shipments.
• Enter data using computers and RF scanners; perform cycle counts.
• Replenish stock and verify quantities and locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow GMP and safety procedures.

Job Duties

• Replenish and stock products
• Verify product quantities and locations
• Assign product locations when required
• Enter data using computers and RF scanners
• Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
• Support shipping, receiving, and re-warehousing
• Respond to product and service inquiriesMaintain equipment, pallets, slips, and department supplies
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Follow cGMP, safety, and operating procedures
