Job summary

Staffmark Group in Kansas City, MO is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to support orders through accurate picking, packing, and preparation for shipment. You will use RF scanners and standard warehouse equipment to ensure fast, precise fulfillment.

The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour. Staffmark offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and an optional

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Order Picker.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
