Job summary

Brandshopper is seeking a Fulfillment Order Picker to efficiently pick items from bin locations and deliver to the staging area. You will follow pick sheets, check for damage, and maintain an organized pick cart to support safe and accurate order processing.

Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Pull items from assigned bin locations according to the quantity and description specified on the pick sheet.
• Inspect products for damage and verify items match pick sheet descriptions before placement in the cart.
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly pick cart at all times.
• Place items in the correct compartments of the pick cart to prevent damage and ensure order integrity.
• Work in an efficient, timely, and organized manner to meet or exceed company KPIs.
• Strictly follow all company safety protocols and policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Your primary responsibility is to pick items from designated bin locations based on pick sheets and deliver them to the staging area in accordance with company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. Accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential to this role.

Shifts are:

• Sunday to Thursday 8-4:30PM
• Monday to Friday 8-4:30PM
• Monday to Friday 10:30-7PM
