The Order Filler is responsible for accurately selecting pulling and preparing products according to customer orders while maintaining productivity quality and safety standards.

Shift 2nd shift : 330pm-1130pm Monday thru Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and fill customer orders according to order sheets pick lists or RF scanner instructions.
• Locate products throughout the warehouse and verify item numbers quantities and product descriptions.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and confirm completed picks.
• Prepare picked products for packing staging or shipment.
• Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain an organized clean and safe work area.
• Meet established productivity and order accuracy expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines.

Work Environment

The position is performed in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Employees must follow all safety guidelines wear required personal protective equipment and maintain consistent performance in a fast-paced setting.
