Job summary

Hillman Group is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Order Picker to help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy staying active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities include picking orders with handheld scanners, packing for shipment, verifying quantities and quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and supporting inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach during the shift.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Summary

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with inventory and other warehouse tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• 9:00 am - 2:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
