Job summary

TKC Holdings, Keefe Group division, is hiring for a full-time on-site warehouse associate in a busy distribution environment. You will handle receiving, picking, packing and shipping using WMS and mobile scanners, reporting to the Operations Manager.

We offer a weekly bonus, paid weekly on Thursdays, and DailyPay access to earned wages. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40 lbs, and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in Commissary team.
• Manage inventory and count/adjust as needed.
• Use mobile scanners and equipment to deliver orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other duties as needed.

About This Position

• Weekly production/attendance bonus of $125
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm & Friday 6:00am - 10:30am (overtime as needed on Friday)

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
