Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is hiring for warehouse operations in Bridgeton, MO. This is a full-time onsite role with standard hours Mon-Fri or Mon-Thu in different departments; you will work in receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and use WMS tech.

Weekly pay and benefits start day one, with DailyPay available, and opportunities for growth and training. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

Weekly production and attendance bonus of $125

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers.

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules; the shift will be: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm OR Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm (depending on which department).

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday
