Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Keefe Group) is seeking team members for a warehouse distribution role in Bradenton, FL. This full-time position involves receiving, picking and shipping product in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday–Friday with opportunities for overtime and regular pay raises based on performance. Benefits start on day one, and DailyPay is available for immediate access to earned wages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiar with computers preferred.
• Experience in warehouse picking/packing.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store product in inbound operations.
• Select products for customer orders in the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory and conduct counts.
• Use WMS systems and mobile devices to fulfill orders.
• Keep workspace clean and safe; support distribution duties as needed.

About This Position

Schedule

Monday - Friday

Hours

Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 6:30am - 9:00am

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
