Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Keefe Group) is seeking operations team members for a warehouse environment. You will work onsite, report to the Operations Manager, and handle receiving, order preparation, and shipping for multiple clients.

The full-time role includes benefits starting on day one, with DailyPay available for immediate access to earned wages. The shift is Monday–Thursday 5:30am–3:00pm and Friday 5:30am–9:30am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers.

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday
