Job summary

Wheel Pros in Michigan seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily fulfillment by receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory replenishment.

You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts as certified, use RF scanners, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with the team to meet productivity targets; starting pay is $20–$21 per hour. Wheel Pros is an equal opportunity employer and an E-Verify participant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records.
• Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations using proper inventory control procedures.
• Replenish picking locations and assist with stock rotation as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, or RF scanners, as certified.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with returns processing, labeling, restocking, and general warehouse support tasks.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.

Job Summary:

• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; heavier items may require team lifting or equipment assistance.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.

Starting Hourly Pay Range: $20—$21 USD
