Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC seeks an Industrial Engineer to optimize warehouse flow and implement CI initiatives. You will analyze processes, design layouts, and maintain labor standards within WMS/LMS environments.

You will lead Lean, 5S, and value stream mapping efforts, develop performance dashboards, and collaborate with operations, IT, and safety teams to drive improvements and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field with warehousing/logistics exposure.
• 2+ years in Operations & Automation in Warehousing/Logistics.
• 2+ years in SAP or ERP for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Design layouts and material flow to optimize travel and throughput.
• Develop engineered labor standards within WMS/LMS environments.
• Lead CI projects using Lean, 5S and value stream mapping.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to drive leadership decisions.
