Job summary

Qualifications

Requires broad training in business administration, etc., usually a four-year bachelor's degree.
Normally requires a minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing.
Good decision-making skills.
Must possess basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Directs workflow and motivates, trains, and monitors warehouse associates.
Monitors processes and suggests productivity improvements.
Supports compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
Coaches employees to support their development.
Oversees receiving, counting, weighing, and identifying items awaiting shipment.
Ensures timely and accurate order filling and packing of shipments, including controlled substances.
Maintains detailed records of delivery, route manifests, and order-filling processes.
Ensures quality of packing and accuracy of product documentation.
