Genadyne Biotechnologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Bohemia, NY. Responsibilities include managing incoming/outgoing shipments, checking with customer service representatives, and handling inventory tasks. Qualifications
Must have excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Certification as a forklift/power-stack operator is necessary.
High School diploma is mandatory.
Must be able to lift 20+ pounds.
At least 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Check ready orders with CSR due for pickup for the day.
Consolidate BOL(s), PL & CI for all planned shipments.
Schedule pickup dates & times with respective forwarders.
Schedule warehouse team for outgoing shipments.
Follow up with CSR on pickup status.
Assist CSR with UPS/FedEx labels & documentation.
Confirm all pickups for the day are complete.
Schedule incoming shipments and consolidate PLs & COCs.
Perform receiving tasks and track partial deliveries.
Pick products for inspection and notify production.
Add incoming material into inventory lists.
Assist with daily warehouse activities.

Schedule incoming shipments with warehouse based on availability & space (NY & CT) Consolidate PLs & COCs for the goods to be received & inspected & hand it to purchasing
Perform receiving tasks on goods & track partial deliveries (FedEx/DHL/UPS)
Pick products for inspection as required and perform release & notify production
Add incoming material into inventory lists
Work with procurement & production departments on high priority shipments to move them first
Assisting with daily warehouse activities
