Hyve Solutions, a part of TD SYNNEX, is seeking an Operations Manager I to manage daily warehouse operations, lead an operations team, and drive strategic planning for manufacturing activities. The role focuses on policy implementation, safety, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a Distribution/Logistics/Warehouse environment.
• Minimum three years’ staff management experience (~25 employees).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations is preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized warehouse.
• Schedule and delegate work for the operations team.
• Oversee long-range planning for Operations and manufacturing activities.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Coach employees on processes, safety, and teamwork.
