Strong leadership and communication are essential to ensure efficient, accurate performance. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or semiconductors is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related supervisory experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree optional.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff; review procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Develop schedules and manpower requirements; resolve issues within defined policies.
