Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rotate through warehouse departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of daily operations.
• Learn from experienced leaders through hands-on training and shadowing.
• Support daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Assist with monitoring performance goals related to productivity and costs.
• Coordinate workflows and allocate resources to support team members.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete required training and demonstrate proficiency in operational responsibilities.
