Job summary

Get Fresh Produce is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee receiving, storage, and distribution at the Whitestown, IN facility. You will lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinate with dispatch, and manage a team to ensure efficient inventory flow and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work from 5:00 am start across Sunday–Friday with some holidays. Competitive salary and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of transportation experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Produce Pro ERP is a plus.
• Transportation or Warehousing experience in the Food industry.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, set goals with attention to detail.
• Self-managed, motivated, resilient, and able to handle difficult situations.
• Proven leadership skills with focus on turnover reduction and team motivation.
• Able to operate electric reach truck/pallet jack.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical.
• Must read, speak, write and understand English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all receiving and distribution operations.
• Hands-on management of all warehouse activities.
• Plan and monitor space utilization and inventory flow.
• Promote safety throughout the operation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and load planners.
• Participate in hiring drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Conduct accident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Schedule daily duties and monitor hours committed.
• Manage team and oversee product flow through the warehouse.
• Build routes and ensure timely delivery of product.
