Job summary

HB Global, LLC's IT Landes Company, LLC subsidiary in Harleysville, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. You will help plan layouts, monitor safety, and ensure inbound shipments are processed within 24 hours.

The role requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; forklift operation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong inventory knowledge and system experience preferred.
• HVAC and plumbing parts/tools knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication; dependable and trustworthy.
• Commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Order, store, receive and distribute materials and items.
• Assist with inventory and stock management; update records.
• Document daily shipments and replenish inventory as needed.
• Use software to manage inventory records and communicate issues.
• Maintain accurate PO data and receipt dates; ensure inbound shipments within 24 hours.
• Order and track tools with tool management systems; coordinate materials for job sites.
• Assist with loading/unloading and inspecting mobile job boxes.
• Collaborate with Safety on site inventory and safety items; support a clean, safe warehouse.
• Provide additional support across the warehouse as needed.
